 Kingkong Product Warranty Information
 All Massage Chairs from us come with the King Kong USA, Inc. manufacturer one year standard warranty.
King Kong USA warranties all its products for 1 year from the date of purchase. The product should be free from defects in material and workmanship. In the unlikely event that such a defect should appear during the warranty period, King Kong USA will repair or replace the product with a comparable model (at its option) without charge. This also includes the parts and labor cost during the standard one year warranty.
Make sure to send in your warranty card for the manufacturer reference. If a defect occurs, simply contact at 1-888-777-1788 or 951-328-8170 for customer services or email us at customerservice@KingKongUSA.com.
Proof of purchased is required. In case problem can not be solved by email or phone calls, we will send a trained professional technician to your location to repairing the defective merchandise (by appointment); if service still cannot be made at your location, King Kong will ship the product to our repair facilities for service, and send merchandise back in good condition free of charge.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, misuse, or neglect of the product, or damages made during transit by carrier. King Kong reserves the right to make the final judgment regarding any claim or defective merchandise.
This warranty gives you the specific legal right and other rights which may vary from state to state.

Extended warranty service plan is only available for 30 days from product purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, misuse or neglect of the product or damage during transit by carrier. King Kong reserves the right to make final judgment regarding any claim or defective merchandise.
This warranty is voided if the chair is for commercial use.
This warranty applies only to the product and we are not responsible for any losses, damage or inconvenience caused by equipment failure.

Kingkong standard 1 year warranty + 2 years additional warranty will make a kingkong massage chair 3 years warranty service plan.

Complete coverage for one low, up-front price.
In case problem cannot be solved via emails or by phones; the service will be performed by our nationwide network of Factory or Local Authorized Service Centers in your area.
